Shelley WB, Shelley ED

In their May 1993 entries the Shelleys discussed the Oregon Health Plan, which went into effect on January 1, 1994, and provided no medical coverage for chronic urticaria, warts, herpes simplex, diseases of the hair and nails, or any benign skin growths. They also detailed a headline in the May 1, 1993, edition of the Toledo Blade of the ruling in a case involving isotretinoin for acne.
