Sporadic Congenital Leukonychia With Partial Phenotype Expression

Congenital total leukonychia is an autosomal dominantly inherited condition that manifests as complete whitening of both fingernails and toenails. A case of a sporadic congenital leukonychia with partial phenotypic expression is described and leukonychia is discussed.
