The Shelleys recount the lectures and poster exhibits from the 1990 American Academy of Dermatology meeting, including things they learned in and out of the hallways and things they learned in the meeting rooms.
They reported another therapeutic triumph for griseofulvin: molluscum contagiosum lesions in a 2-year-old boy. They also described the successful treatment of pruritic erythematous plaques of 7 years' duration. They wrote, "There is no greater satisfaction than sailing into the port of therapeutic success after long being lost in a sea of empty promise."
